Several members have completed it already and&nbsp;it took us on average 5 minutes each, including having to look up a couple of reports. It is simple and ANONYMOUS!!! This means that we have no idea who has and has not completed the survey and will NOT be able to chase you to ensure that it gets done. If people DONT complete it, our results will be inaccurate.
